DOWNLOAD SOFTWARE ORDERING BASICS
While we use PAYPAL for ordering all items on our site, including
CD-ROM versions of our parrot and pet screensaver software, we do not use them
for the delivery of full version software titles.
Instead, we use one of the most reputable, trusted, and safe online payment processors that specialize in the delivery of software by download to customers, QWERKS. We have used them for over 7 years now with great success and they have always treated our customers with the utmost respect and courtesy.
To purchase a title by download, you simply click on the BUY & DOWNLOAD link on a screensavers information page and you will be taken directly to a secure, encrypted order page to enter your information and process your order with the order processor. Follow the directions given carefully, and within a few moments after placing your order, you will be instructed how to download your full version of the software. Please note that the companies bill your credit card themselves while acting as our agent, so your credit card statement may reflect a charge from Qwerks.com, or RegNet.
The order company will supply you with a special "hot link" which will allow you to download the full version of the software to your computer. For security reasons, these hot links expire and have strict usage restrictions, so please download and install your full version right away to be sure it is functioning properly and does not need to be redownloaded. Both companies have excellent customer service to help you if your should encounter trouble while downloading your full version, and please email us for help if needed at any time.
Please be sure to note exactly WHERE you download your full version of the software to on your hard drive, so you can find it easily to run and install it after you have downloaded it. Some people find saving it to their "Desktop" area makes it very simple to find, while others may have it saved in a file folder directory such as "My Downloads".
Please make a back-up copy of your downloaded version, so you may have it handy to install again if your computer ever crashes or you change computers. If you have downloaded software without saving the file you downloaded yourself and find that many months later down the road, you need to replace the file, the software companies that provide the download service for download will require you have proof of your past purchase (order number, date) and they may charge you an additional fee to access the software for re-download again. This is the reason our download versions are cheaper than CD versions, so if you can not back up a 2-9mb program safely yourself, you may seriously want to consider spending a few extra dollars and ordering our software on CD-ROM instead for piece of mind.

ORDERING BY US MAIL WITH CHECK/MONEY ORDER
You may also elect to mail a check or money (US FUNDS ONLY) directly
to our studio for your order for all items except for download versions of our
pet screen saver software.

We are often on location doing photo shoots, in the studio working on
shoots, or traveling the state for weekend bird fairs so please leave a detailed
message on our secure voice mail system if we are not able to handle your call
personally.
Our secure fax is available 24 hours a day as is our email shown below. Even while we are on the road, we usually are able to check emails once nightly.
Due to so many automated "web spiders" harvesting our email info from this site, and then sending us tons of junk mails, our email is encoded below in a small javascript file designed to foil spammers.
