While our first Greys title featured all Congos, this program features a nice mixture of BOTH - Timneh AND Congo Grey’s. We were always a bit reserved about the differences in Timneh and Congo Greys, having only shared life with a Congo Grey, until we photographed for a new book on Greys, and got to play with lots of Timneh African Greys in our studio. What they may lack in bright tail feathers and lighter, brighter feathers, the Timneh's more than made up for in sweetness and emotional stability - and they KNOW they are still 100% AFRICAN GREY in all regards and don't hesitate to share that confident superior Grey bird attitude with others!
